How It Works

FlexPass Season Ticket Information

When you purchase a FlexPass Season Ticket, you will receive a receipt by email or U.S. mail. (Please note we are no longer printing or mailing the white perforated season tickets, as we have in the past.)

When you are ready to use your FlexPass Season tickets, you have two choices:

Call us at 510-733-5483 (See-Live)

Just leave a message with your name, phone number, show date and number of seats requested. We will automatically use your FlexPass to reserve your seats.

Or fill out the Reservation Request Form on this web site

Complete the request form online to reserve seats for the show date you want. We will automatically use your FlexPass to reserve your seats.

At the door, all of your information (name, ticket ID, and number of seats reserved) will automatically appear on the box office list of pre-paid reservations.

If you have an email address, you will also receive a reminder of your reservation one day before the show.

You may also use your FlexPass to bring a friend to a Chanticleers show. You do not even need to bring your receipt as long as you call or go online to reserve your seats in advance.
